New Year Resolution 2018: Peggy Porschen + Pippa Bella

New Year Resolution 2018: Peggy Porschen + Pippa Bella

Happy almost New Year!

2017 was an unforgettable year for me; It’s crazy to see how much can change in just a year! I think it’s important to reflect, remember the good and bad, and apply it to the future.

That’s why I think new year resolutions are very important. I have a love/hate relationship with resolutions. On the one hand, when I make them and keep them, I feel super excited and accomplished. On the other hand, I find I have a lot of the same resolutions year after year and I hate feeling disappointed in myself for not sticking to them.

It’s hard to resist making New Year resolutions. Even if you have a history of finding them broken by mid-January. That’s why Pipa Bella has come up with Karma Bangles – The 2018 Resolutions Collection. A collection of 20 unique bangles in 18K Gold and Silver Plating, these bangles will focus on New Years Resolutions as a theme. The inside of the bangle will has “This Year I Will” engraved and the outside has various resolutions, such as “Choose to Shine” , “Be the Change” , ” Be Kind” etc.

I think it’s brilliant idea that will remind and help you stick to your resolutions.

I thought I would share with you guys my New Year’s Resolutions – please let me know yours in the comments!

Blog More: I’m really enjoying blogging at the moment and want to blog more and less social media.

Video Content: Yep, just one word, video. I don’t know why but video intimidates me so much for some reason?! I got the iPhone X right before Christmas and I am obsessed with the camera quality on it so I may just have to force myself to get over my irrational fear of video and make a few for you guys!

Work out at least 4 times a week: Yep, I need to start working out regularly and have a fitness discipline. I’m stuck in this bad cycle of having an unhealthy lifestyle for an entire year and then going on a keto diet when things get out of control.

Think positively and keep an open mind. I’m a pretty positive person anyway, but I think sometimes I let things get me down if they don’t go exactly the way I want them to, so I want to be better at shrugging things off and not worrying.
